- Australia Post’s standard service is used. Contact prior to payment is required if you wish to use registered (recommended) or express post. Prettyflower is no longer responsibe for the safety and care of the Item/s after they have been posted. An email will be sent when item has been posted.

- Prettyflower collects personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling a customer order or emailing subscribers our periodic newsletter. We will not divulge your personal information to any third parties except where required by law. Payment is by direct debit only - Prettyflower does not collect credit card details.
- Returns & Replacements

- 1. All items are checked for quality and manufacturing, against the customers order for accuracy with regard to item number, quantity, size, colour prior to dispatching and as such are considered non faulty by Prettyflower.
- 2. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for accuracy with regard to the goods ordered, quantity, size, colour, price, payment method, delivery and contact details at the time of the checkout sale and on receipt of the confirmation of the sale. Please provide Prettyflower with all contact details and current email for order future contact confirmation.
- 3. Incorrectly addressed goods & uncollected goods: It is the buyer's responsibility to inform Prettyflower if the delivery or contact details vary prior to the dispatch of the goods. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time you place your order. If delivery has been attempted and goods remain uncollected at the depot or post office for a reasonable period of time, they will be returned to us. In such circumstances we will contact you to notify you when the returned goods are received and we will request that both the return shipment and reshipment charges be paid prior to dispatching the goods for a second time.
- 4. All items are handmade and care is taken with wrapping and shipping of the items. Prettyflower must be contacted and return consent given prior to any items being returned to Prettyflower. Prettyflower is unable to offer refunds or returns unless due to seller mistake (i.e. sending of wrong item) once the item is shipped and in this instance please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Care is taken with wrapping and shipping of the items and items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, packaged as sent out and you must contact me before returning any items. All items must be returned with proof of posting. Prettyflower reserves the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods or condition in which they are returned differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via cheque posted to the original delivery address (unless otherwise notified by the customer) for the price of the goods plus any postage costs incurred by the customer while returning the goods.
- Ordering
- All items sold on the Prettyflower Online Store are handmade by Prettyflower and will be of a high handmade quality. Detailed descriptions and photographs of samples are provided on the site to give a clear indication of the nature and quality of the final product. For all small orders an image of the entire order will be provided and individual images can be provided if requested. Please choose carefully, look at all images in the category to see how the item's appearance may vary with different fabrics, colours and random cuts PRIOR to placing your order.
- Payment and Pricing
- Payment is by Direct Debit to an Australian bank account only. Direct Deposit details are contained in your order and/or invoice emails and on the website at the checkout stage. Pricing is as indicated on the website at the time of placing your order.
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Payment is by direct deposit only to an Australian bank account. Account details are displayed both at checkout time and on email order confirmation and invoice. Payment must be made within 7 days or the sale will be cancelled and items put back into the store.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders are viewed by order number. Your order number will be displayed at the checkout stage, with a link to view the order. The order number and link are also contained in your email order confirmation, invoice and any updates or credit notices. If you have any problems viewing your order(s), email Prettyflower from the email address you registered with your order and include your order number(s) or description of order(s), your name and details of the problem you are experiencing.
- Updating Account Information
- It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that their details are up to date in the Prettyflower Online Store. If you have any problems viewing or updating your account details, email Prettyflower from the email address you registered with your account including your name and details of the problem you are experiencing.
